To complement the full-service offered by our Property Department, we have our own notary to execute a Notarial deed of Servitude, a Notarial Bond, Servitude of Exclusive use areas, and authentication of signatures on documents drawn up in South Africa for use outside of the country.
By offering these services ‘in-house’, we simplify and speed up the process, which is crucial in legal practice.
